Register each member's name. One member may invite one guest.
The 'Reserved' slots are for guests whose names will be requested later.
The cost of the competition will be £25 per pair (including 2's sweep).
When requested, please provide each guest's name, club and Handicap Index.
There will be separate prizes for pairings of: men only, ladies only, and man/lady.

1st: £85.00 (each), 2nd: £65.00, 3rd: £50.00,
4th: £37.50, 5th: £30.00. Ladies 1st: £25.00.
Two's Sweep: 6 (6 Callaway Supersoft balls each).
For the men, only scores of 39 points or more are listed.
